By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using it. Our privacy notice separately explains how technical visitor information is handled.

An information service, not a broadcaster

FootyOnTV publishes information about football fixtures and the television channels or streaming services scheduled to show them. We do not host, embed, retransmit or provide access to video streams, and we do not sell subscriptions or viewing rights.

A channel listing does not guarantee that a service is available at your address, included in your subscription or free to watch. The broadcaster’s own terms, regional restrictions and charges apply.

Listings can change

We work to keep schedules accurate and current, but fixtures are postponed, rights vary by location and broadcasters can change times or channels without notice. Listings are therefore provided for general information rather than as a promise that a particular broadcast will take place.

Check the broadcaster’s official schedule before paying for a service, travelling to watch a match or making another decision that depends on a listing.

Fair use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, its security or other visitors;
• send malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
• use automated requests at a rate that disrupts the service; or
• copy or republish a substantial part of the listings database as a competing service without permission.

Fair linking to public pages is welcome. A link must not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

Names, badges and site content

FootyOnTV is independent and is not endorsed by the clubs, competitions, governing bodies, broadcasters or streaming services it lists. Their names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify fixtures and coverage.

Except for third-party material and factual fixture information, the site’s original design, text and presentation belong to FootyOnTV or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

Availability and external services

We may correct, update, suspend or remove content when necessary. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, continued coverage of a particular market or compatibility with every device. External sites and services are controlled by their own operators and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by an inaccurate or outdated listing, a broadcaster’s decision, an external service, or the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing here affects mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be stated clearly. Questions about these terms can be sent to @footyontv.
